Purpose of Scholarship

In an effort to aid and perpetuate the field of natural resource education, the Lewiston Sportsmen’s Club has established a scholarship program. It is the intent of the Lewiston Sportsmen’s Club to provide assistance to Winona County (Minnesota) students that have chosen natural resource fields as their primary career goal



$500.00 (for tuition and books only)

The scholarship will be funded at the beginning of the second year upon receipt of the second year expenses plus transcript of the first year showing a minimum of a 2.0 grade point average.


Eligibility – Study Areas:

Students major will be in the following conservation related areas; forestry, soil conservation, water conservation, environmental protection, environmental education, fish and wildlife biology or conservation law enforcement. Scholarship can be used for a four-year college, university, junior college, or vocational school.

Complete an application form.

The Lewiston Sportsmen’s Club Scholarship Committee will determine selection.

All information will be kept confidential and will be used by the Lewiston Sportsmen’s Club Scholarship Committee only.
